Team India is already in Australia playing its first ODI match as India tour of Australia has started today. However, the Indian fans are not happy with the jersey that the Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) has introduced for the Men in Blue. The fans are highly disappointed by the retro jersey and find it more as the advertisement banner.
The thing that bothers them most is Byju’s logo that is more dominant than the nation’s name at the front. The new jersey in dark blue color instead of the regular sky blue on represents retro style kit of seventeen that the men in blue are wearing to feature in the white-ball series against Australia.
Here are the slams of the fans! Enjoyyy!!!
Indian jersey is more of an advertisement banner: Fans slams BCCI for ruining it
Looks more like a commercial representation instead of playing for the country @BCCI
Imagine your country's police and armed forces were to wear sponsors' logo on their uniform

Yo! @BCCI you left the collar for some ad placement. Thanks for spoiling the retro Jersey and @BYJUS what a ugly logo

You guys are playing for India or Byju's ?

The new joursey makes me remember the outfit at Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani. Every place has a logo on it. INDIA has taken a back seat for the board. They forgot they are representing the country. If advertisement is everything, they shld rather highlight board logo and not India
