IPL 2020: Here is how CSK can win
The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) started their journey of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) by a fabulous win as they crushed the Mumbai Indians (MI). After that win, they have been subjected to back to back defeats as the team has lost three out of four matches.
It seems like that Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh’s departure from the squad does not have left them Dad’s army anymore. The side has won IPL title thrice and are the second most successful franchise after MI.
The skipper Dhoni, who is known as the experienced skipper of alltime, seems to be low on his confidence but not showing. After there is no Raina, CSK do not have any option left to utilize at finisher’s spot. Unfortunatley, they are opting to use Jadhav that is not suiting him.
Also, the opening pair seems to be in trouble after Ambati Rayudu has suffered an injury. There is a big burden on Shane Watson’s shoulders as Faf Du Plessis gets time to get settled along with him. The slow run-rate in beginning is striking them so often. However, Sam Curran, at top-order might help to deal with the woe.

Curran, who is usually called at seventh or sixth spot, is noted playing pro shots to spinners and seamers. Why not try him at opening with Watson or Rayudu? The player is giving an upper hand to the Yellow Army better than his other fellows.
It seems like Dhoni is struck as he is trying different changes that are major as well. The changes might be disturbing the momentum. In every press conference, the skipper talks of maintaining ‘momentum’ but keeps changing squad.
It is now to see what mystery will be witnessed in today’s match to be played against MI. If Rayudu will be making a comeback, it can be good for them. The skipper can try changing his batting position too.
