All the criticism is for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the thirteenth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) as they are resting on the last spot winning only three out of ten games played.

In the last encounter that took place against the Rajasthan Royals (RR), they faced a horrendous defeat as they looked poor after ten overs sticking on 56 runs. It could have made a difference as the skipper MS Dhoni, and experienced Ravindra Jadeja were on the crease.

After Dhoni lost his wicket, Jadeja remained not out but could nearly post a total of 125 runs. It looks like the side is missing Suresh Raina in mid-overs as they used to rely upon them for the past seasons heavily.

Raina, who departed for his backyard to collab with his family amidst his personal reasons, faced vast criticism. Also, he has been removed from CSK’s official website.

Feeling the difference as Dad’s army is almost out of the tournament, the Indian cricketer Manoj Tiwary tweeted that Suresh Raina, from the beginning, has impacted their middle-overs and CSK will have to look for rebuilding the side from the scratch by the next IPL’s season.

Praising Raina, Manoj added that the veteran used to add almost 500-600 runs easily per season as his absence is affecting them in the IPL 2020.

“I believe it’s time for @ChennaiIPL to REBUILD the team before the next edition of #IPLT20 It’s quite evident the absence of Chinna Thala @ImRaina from d start has impacted their middle-order and overall batting big time. Around 500-600 runs every season he used 2 score,” he tweeted.
