Haider sees Sharma as his idol and is inspired by his batting tricks. He loves the way Sharma bats aggressively and wants to imitate his style.
Rohit Sharma has got a vast experience in his field. His stats are excellent either when once talks about the international cricket or IPL. His franchise, Mumbai Indians is one of the most succesful franchises in IPL.
Haider Ali discussed when Sharma reaches fifty, it is easy for him to cross hundred, one fifty, one sixty, or one seventy. The veteran has created many records in the international cricket.
Haider Ali idolizes Rohit Sharma, terms him as the real match-winner
“As far as role models are concerned, mine is Rohit Sharma,” Haider was quoted as saying in a video press conference.
Haider thinks Sharma is the man of all formats of cricket and wants to adapt his game giving an aggressive start hitting the ball cleanly.
“I really like him as a player, and want to give the side an aggressive start at the top, and hit the ball cleanly like him. He is a man for all three formats, and he can adapt his game to all three formats,” Haider mentioned.
“And the thing I like best is when he crosses 50, he moves on to a 100, and then he’s thinking of 150, and even 200. That’s what I want to do: to think about getting big scores, and when I get there, aim for even bigger ones. He finishes the game off for his side, and is a real match-winner,” he added.
