Rajasthan Royals likely to miss Ben Stokes’ services

Ben Stokes, the star all-rounder of England, is likely to miss on the entire season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) or he might be unavailable for a few matches.

Stokes, who left Pakistan vs England test series in midways, is in New Zealand as his father was diagnosed with brain cancer. The management is humble to him as Andrew McDonald, the head coach of the franchise has revealed that Stokes can have as the time he requires to be with his family.

“First and foremost, thoughts with the Stokes family. It’s a difficult scenario, so we are giving him as much time as he needs, and connecting with him as best as we can. So yeah, we are not sure where Stokesy’s right now, but once it has played out, then we can make our decisions from there,” McDonald told ESPNCricinfo.
